Leanna's Winding Path

Hi friends. Thanks for checking in on me. I thought this would be a good place to share with you the details about my journey in this life. I hope to keep it simple and honest.

I love you.

25 June 2011 – Living Softly

I feel incredible.

I feel blessed.

I feel loved.

I want to share as much of that as I can.

My last scans - are positive!  My visits with Dr. Moscowitz and Dr. Gagnon (yesterday and the day before) also positive.  No changes in the area they’ve been reviewing, so at this time, still wait and see.  That means no additional treatments and no surgery at this time.

I’m happy with that.

Even better.  What looks like positive (yes, the good kind of) changes in my scans in the area that has been an issue for months.  The area that we thought may be necrotic tissue may be showing evidence of shrinking.  No definite conclusions, but it does sort of look like it!

I’m not clinging to these results, but they do make me feel relief and peace.

Also, I’m starting to feel better.  In the past, this feeling has come and gone, so again, I’m not clinging; but I am grateful.

I’ve been so joyous.  My friends have really made time for me and for Herb.  It means so much to us, and it really has been just when we’ve needed it.  There are MANY people to thank.

Out of town guests:  Ekim, Andie, Tam, Jason, Jana, John, and Herb’s family!

Local – out of town guests: Kris, Jean, Helene, Steve, Janaki, Sarah, Jean Marie, and The Montours.

Local: Jay, Di, Natalie, and Julie.

All of Herb’s biking friends.

We’ve got more coming later this summer, and my heart is about to burst with gladness.

Blessings and love to you all.
