29 February 2012- Top of the West Coast to you!
I don’t mean it literally, but it is the top of my vacation, while my awesome husband is taking care of business on France.
So let me summarize some of the special treats so far.
I’m in Oxnard at my very good friends’ house John and Lacrissa. Lacrissa’s mom, came and picked me up from LAX on Monday.

Our friend from the metastatic breast cancer retreat passed away 2 days ago. She had a husband and two young sons. She was a beautiful woman. She maintained a beautiful and informed blog about ibc and her experience.

One of my old friends called last night. Before then, we hadn’t talked in months. We spent very little time talking about me! We spent most of our time talking through one of her issues. I was so grateful.
I don’t know if she realizes it just by treating me like a normal person who is valuable to her and who is my friend, she helped provide my body with healing.
