28 January 2009 – Biopsies, surgery, and...
I haven’t really posted an update since my visit with Doctor Wright on the 12th. Well, I have lots of news that I’d like to share.

The package I received in the mail this week was a big dose of compassion and thoughtfulness delivered straight to my door. It is a reminder of how lucky I am to have such wonderful friends. 15 January 2009 - The wellness continues.
The Flora*Essence cleansing diet/program has been fun. I’ve really enjoyed increasing the fruits and veggies I’m eating. It hasn’t been that hard, especially with our new juicer. This machine is amazing. It takes 4 carrots, 2 celery stalks, and an apple and makes a pint of juice in less than 30 seconds. Clean-up really isn’t that bad.
